We want returns to be as hassle-free as possible. Here’s how it works:
Faulty Items

We’ll help troubleshoot or arrange a replacement.

In most cases, we’ll need the item back before sending a replacement.
Missing or Incorrect Item

If you received the wrong product or something’s missing, contact us at hello@floorfixpro.com. We’ll get it sorted quickly.
Damaged on Delivery

Check larger items before signing for delivery.

If packaging looks damaged, refuse delivery and contact us.

If damage is found after delivery, let us know within 72 hours at +44 20 7664 4577

A replacement will only be sent once the damaged item is returned and inspected.
Unwanted or Incompatible Goods

You can cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery (UK consumer law).

Returned at your own cost, within 14 days of getting a returns authorisation from us.
We do not refund the original shipping costs.

Make sure returns are well packaged and insured—we can’t accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

⚠️ If items are returned damaged due to accident, neglect, misuse, or poor packaging, we can’t refund or replace them. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are only refunded if the item is faulty.

If the return isn’t due to a manufacturing fault, you’ll need to arrange and pay for the return shipping.
