Which squeaky floor fix do I need?
- Floorboards, carpeted floors and stairs on joists: Stop Squeak Repair Kit. Scored screws pull the boards down onto the joists and snap off below the surface, even through carpet.
- Click laminate, LVT or engineered floors with a V-groove: start with the Squeaky Floor Test Kit, then use full-size Click Lube or Groove Gasket.
- Floating or glued floors with vertical movement: Injectafix Pro, injected through a 2mm hole.

Squeaky floor FAQ
Why does my floor squeak?
Squeaks come from parts of the floor rubbing as you walk: boards moving on the joists, or the joints of a click floor rubbing at the top or bottom of the locking profile. The fix depends on which one it is.
Can I fix a squeaky floor through carpet?
Yes. The Stop Squeak screws go straight through the carpet and snap off below it, so you don't need to lift the carpet.
