How does Plank Grabber stick to the plank?
Plank Grabber uses its Magic Grip Strip to grip suitable sealed plank surfaces, including textured laminate and LVT. Keep the pad and floor clean and follow the tool instructions.
How can I help stop a gap reopening?
Where compatible with the flooring manufacturer’s instructions, apply Injectafix to the plank joint before closing it with Plank Grabber. Preserve perimeter expansion gaps and do not bond a floating floor to the subfloor.
How do I protect the floor when using Plank Grabber?
Clean the floor and suction pad, check suitability on a discreet area, and use the tool’s intended strike points with a rubber mallet. Do not force boards that cannot move.
What floors does Plank Grabber work on?
Laminate, LVT, engineered wood, floating click floors, and sealed/glazed tiles. Limited on glued or nailed-down boards; not suitable for raw porous unsealed wood.
