Product questions and answers
How does Injectafix fix loose tiles without removing them?
For intact loose tiles on a sound substrate, Injectafix is injected through an access hole in the grout line to rebond the tile. Clean excess immediately, weight the tile and leave it undisturbed for at least 24 hours, following the product instructions, before repairing the grout.
What is the difference between Injectafix Easy Squeeze and Injectafix Precision?
Both contain the same adhesive formula. Easy Squeeze is applied from a squeezable tube without a caulking gun; the Precision cartridge requires a caulking gun.
Is Injectafix the same as Fix-A-Floor?
No. Injectafix is Floor-Fix Pro's adhesive line. Fix-A-Floor is a different company.
Can I use Injectafix on hollow or drummy tiles?
Yes, when the tile is intact and the subfloor is sound. The self-levelling formula flows into cavities under ceramic, porcelain, and many stone tiles.
Should I fix grout before or after injecting?
If the tile is loose, secure it with Injectafix first. Repair the grout with Twist & Grout after the adhesive has cured and the tile is stable. Investigate other causes if cracking continues.
