BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING - PLEASE READ THIS!
Plank Grabber is a new type of tool and you therefore need to read the instructions carefully before use.
What can you do with this tool?
- Will grab wood floors and LVT - even those with a texture.
- Close gaps in floating floors on the short edge and thew long edge of the planks (Use with a pull bar for long edge)
- Install floors faster
- Move loose tiles back into position before re-bonding with Injectafix.
Permanent Fix Pack Value Bundle
This bundle pack includes Injectafix 300ml which can be used to prevent gaps from reforming in your floor. Injectafix is very strong yet flexible and designed not to create building up. It allows for the planks to lock together as new and keeps them bonded for the the life of the floor.
NEVER USE A HAMMER WITH PLANK GRABBER.
Limitations
- Floor must be clean and dust free
- Plank grabber must be cleaned with a damp sponge regularly
- Plank Grabber will grab raw wood or porous tiles
- Plank Grabbers' end caps are designed to compress if it is hit too hard.
Replacement Suction Pads and End Caps
Both the suction pad and the end caps will require replacement over time. If you keep the suction pad clean and dust free, you should get a long life from each pad.
The suction pad will require a clean floor and needs to be cleaned after every use. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL MEAN IT WILL NOT GRAB TO THE FLOOR.

For a Permanent Fix - Use Injectafix Adhesive in the gaps
Use Injectafix before closing the gap to prevent planks from drifting apart in the future. Injectafix s a flexible adhesive designed to move with the expansion and contraction to the floor.
If Your Planks Are Tight Use Click Lube Floor Lubricant
Sometimes several planks may be linked, making it hard to close the gap. If you floor is new or tight, apply Click Lube to the grooves of the planks that are in the train and you will find that they will slide together far more easily. This makes moving and sliding the planks effortless and protects Plank Grabber from taking a beating! (It's not designed to take a beating!)
Textured Surfaces and LVT
Plank Grabber is designed to grab planks where suction cups fail and this is typically planks with a wood grain effect or a slight textured surface. Plank Grabber will work on these planks including LVT
