Squeaks in click-lock floors come from one of two places: the bottom of the locking profile, or the top, where the bevelled edges of neighbouring boards rub together. The fix depends entirely on which one is causing your noise — and the only reliable way to find out is to test both.

That's what this kit is for.

Inside you'll find a 30ml bottle of Click Lube (which targets friction at the bottom of the profile) and a 30ml bottle of Groove Gasket (which targets friction at the top, between the bevelled edges). Apply one to a squeaky area and the other to a different squeaky area, wait 24 hours, and see which one silences the noise.
